• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing.
• With 3+ years of success in high-pressure service industries (IFM, Hotel, or Healthcare).
• Leverages an extensive, active client pool and professional network across the IFM and service sectors in Cebu.
• With exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, and bilingual proficiency (English/Filipino).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for strategic reporting and presentations.
• Fully prepared for fieldwork with a valid driver's license (proficient in both Manual and Automatic transmissions).
