Business Development Specialist

Our client is one of the largest F&B chains in the world. With over 200 stores across Malaysia and part of their strategic growth plan, they are seeking for a Business Development Specialist to join their Franchise team.
Responsibilities:
Support franchise development managers in driving and closing franchise sales deals through coordinated presentations, discovery days, and site visits.
Manage and qualify franchise leads by maintaining a strong sales pipeline, CRM tracking, and handling enquiries from digital platforms, brokers, and referrals/
Execute franchise sales activities at exhibitions, roadshows, and F&B trade events to generate new business leads.
Coordinate end‑to‑end franchise onboarding to ensure a smooth post‑sale transition for new franchisees.
Act as a key liaison between franchisees and internal teams to support the sales-to-operations handover.
