Job Description
Our Business Development Specialist will be responsible to do full sales cycle—from lead generation and appointment setting to high-ticket deal closing.
This role is ideal for a highly driven individual with deep experience selling B2B services to US companies, who understands business fundamentals and can confidently speak with decision-makers about marketing strategy, growth, and financial impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and generate qualified B2B leads using outbound and inbound strategies
- Leverage tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists
- Research prospects to understand business size, revenue, and growth potential
Appointment Setting
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to schedule discovery and sales calls
