Business Development Specialist

We are a global, retail Forex brokerage operating in emerging markets. We run a lean, remote-first team and grow through trading communities, partners, and performance-driven execution.

We're looking for a hands-on Business Development Lead to own and scale growth through IBs, trading communities, and partner channels. This is a player-coach role focused on execution, not theory.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and manage IBs, trading communities, and partners
• Grow active traders and trading volume

What We're Looking For

• Experience in retail Forex / CFDs
• Strong understanding of IB or affiliate-driven growth
• Comfortable working with trading metrics (lots, active traders)
• Able to work independently and make decisions
