Business Development Specialist

As a KOL BD Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key affiliates, KOLs, and trading partners. You will bring in high-quality traffic, execute campaigns, and help grow Toobit's regional user base.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outreach and onboarding of affiliates and KOLs.
• Monitor partner activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional material delivery and campaign setup.
• Track results and provide regular updates to the team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in crypto‑related BD, sales, or partnership roles.
• Understanding of trading platforms, referral systems, and incentives.
• Motivated, organized, and fluent in English plus a local language (e.g., German, Polish, Dutch, etc.).
• Has KOL resources/networks in EU regions.
