Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth within the Singapore market . The role focuses on selling staffing and consulting services , building strong client relationships, and expanding BrothersTech’s footprint in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across staffing and consulting services
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and direct outreach
• Engage with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders
