Business Development Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The main purpose of the role is to grow the New Categories in the Foodservice Channel. To Identify potential accounts and distributor, and lead in engaging and enrolling the potential large accounts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Route to Market

• Determine and Execute Route to Market strategy and lead in execution and implementation.
• Recommends the best route to market option to deliver customer service levels & cost efficiency

Account Management & Distributor Management

• Relationship building with customer Key Decision Makers; present plans & craft solutions.
• Account Penetration and Development focus on Beverage New Format and plant-based offering
• Understand and recommend Distributor/ Dealer/ Customer sales structure needed to deliver strategy.
• Leads in Customer selection, retention, and evaluation according to NutriAsia assessment framework.
