Business Development Specialist (Upwork)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 6 PM to 3 AM, OR 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Upwork bidder with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in securing CMS, web app, mobile app, and other IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing winning proposals, understanding client needs, and driving business growth.

• Identify and bid on relevant IT projects (CMS, web app, mobile app).
• Create customized proposals and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and negotiate terms.
• Build long-term client relationships to secure repeat business.

Must-Haves

• Min 2 years of Upwork bidding experience
