• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for EPC and O&M services.
• Manage and track client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and proper escalation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, operations) to gather data needed for proposals.
• Maintain and update the client/project database (CRM or tracker).
• Support in developing marketing materials and service clarifications for client presentations.
• Conduct basic market research to identify upcoming opportunities and trends.
