An established food packaging manufacturer is expanding its international footprint and is looking for a seasoned export sales leader to drive global growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
• Manage and grow relationships with international distributors, agents, and key customers
• Lead and mentor the export sales & customer service team to achieve KPIs
• Identify new markets, analyze pricing trends, and monitor competitors
• Negotiate contracts and pricing aligned with profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and logistics
• Represent the company at international trade shows and customer visits

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' B2B international sales experience (plastic/ food packaging...
