Business Development/Market Development Manager

• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients, including real estate developers, renewable energy developers, water utilities/operators, infrastructure developers, and relevant government agencies.
• Identify, track, and assess client investment plans, project pipelines, and construction schedules; source bankable and actionable project information.
• Support early-stage project development and assist in advancing marketing and business development initiatives with prospective clients.
• Organize and implement marketing and business development activities to strengthen client engagement and market positioning.
• Establish, maintain, and regularly update client and project information databases; conduct market analysis and provide reports to support strategic and project-level decision-making.
