BROAD SCOPE
The Head of Business Development is responsible for leading the company's growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue expansion and will directly report to the Country Managing Director and/or Regional BD Head.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Present the branch in Regional and Global strategic Sales & Business Development meetings.
Set departmental objectives, KPIs, and growth targets.
Business Growth & Partnerships
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements.
Explore opportunities for joint ventures, alliances, and partnerships.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team.
