Business Development/Talent Manager

Mico is expanding, and we're looking for a passionate Business Development professional to help grow our live streaming ecosystem.
What You'll Do
-Recruit, manage, and maintain relationships with hosts, influencers, and agency partners
-Drive creator growth through strategic partnerships, activations, and local initiatives
-Monitor market trends and provide insights to support localization and growth strategies
-Act as the main point of contact for hosts and agency partners
-Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth and engagement plans

-Experience in live streaming, voice chat, or social media platforms
-Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
-Self-driven, data-aware, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
