Business Director

TBWA is looking for two Business Directors to support some of New Zealand’s best-loved brands.

The role

Both roles provide the rare opportunity to work across a number of blue‑chip clients such as Southern Cross, The Warehouse and Tourism New Zealand.

You’ll partner closely with TBWA’s executive leadership team, including CEO and CCO, to drive ambitious, future‑focused brand platforms. You’ll collaborate with senior client stakeholders to shape strategic direction and unlock new opportunities for growth.

With long‑standing client relationships built on trust, this is an opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s top talent, both within TBWA and across the client network.
