We are partnering with a leading global packaging manufacturer to appoint an experienced Business Director to lead and grow a key business unit based in Mexico City (hybrid working model). The company has over 30 global locations and is very well established in Latin America.
This is a senior general management leadership role, responsible for driving business performance through strong commercial execution, operational excellence, and strategic leadership.
The Role
As Business Director, you will take full ownership of the Mexican business, leading cross-functional teams across sales, operations, health and safety, supply chain, HR, and production, ensuring both short-term results and long-term growth.
