Job Description

                    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Identify and analyze business pain points and opportunities for efficiency and value realization 
Design and implement process improvements and enabling solutions that support strategic initiatives 
Collaborate with functional leaders to define requirements, success criteria, and measurable outcomes 
Manage cross-functional projects from ideation through delivery, including scope control, timelines, and risk management 
Build and maintain a business case library, benefit realization plans, and ongoing reporting to senior 
stakeholders 
Facilitate workshops, requirements elicitation, and solution design sessions 
Develop training materials and execution plans to drive adoption of new processes or tools 
Monitor and report on key performance indicators; adjust approaches based on data insights
