The Business Environment Risks and Compliance Manager shall be responsible for assessing, developing and implementing programs to ensure that the organization adheres to local and applicable international laws & regulations, group policies and internal guidelines through policy creations, employee education, monitoring, auditing and reporting to respective authorities and leadership to foster a strong ethics awareness and corporate culture.
Policy & Strategy Development: Create, update, and implement risk management frameworks and compliance policies.
Risk Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential threats, and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs).
Auditing & Reviews: Perform internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
