Business Excellence - Manager

This role will primarily anchor STL’s Business Excellence and ISO Management Systems, with focus on driving, implementing and sustaining Group‑wide ISO certifications (e.g. Quality, Safety, BCM, Supply Chain Security).

The incumbent is expected to be a strong implementer, taking full ownership to operationalise ISO frameworks across Verticals and ensuring systems are integrated, audit‑ready, and consistently practised.

As the designated Management Representative (MR) for the company, this role will represent STL at Group level to certification bodies and external stakeholders, ensuring governance, compliance, and continual improvement of the integrated management system.

Support the application of Operational Excellence (Lean Six Sigma), BPR and JRR methodologies to drive targeted process improvements and efficiency gains where relevant.
