Job description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Project Execution: Implement and manage business excellence initiatives across various departments. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and with quality, meeting predefined objectives and deadlines. Adapt and move in an agile manner when there is a necessary change in business requirements, flagging risks or issues quickly to nip them at the onset.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Work closely with teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and forward thinking.

· Analytical Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking and data analysis to identify root causes of issues and develop actionable solutions. Provide insights and realistic recommendations based on intelligent analysis.
