Business Excellence Sr Manager

Role Summary

The Business Excellence Senior Manager is responsible for strengthening commercial performance across assigned commercial markets through ideation and implementation of insights, tools and best practices. This role will close partnership with commercial leaders within their assigned markets, understand advanced analytical and best practice needs to deliver on GH&B goals, harmonize consistent process effectiveness and excellence across all GH&B commercial departments, and manage and lead implementation of enterprise-wide culture initiatives.
