Roles and Responsibilities

To assist / partner with Manufacturing head in completing key milestones of critical projects.

To provide high level support to functional heads by preparing reports, monitoring & tracking projects.

To enhance productivity of the function through effective consolidation of the various tasks of the function.

Following up on high priority initiatives for the functional head.

To interact with CFTs to ensure day to day activities are carried out effectively.

Participate in program management activities of the specific department, which involves reviews on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Preparation of reports and presentations and take part in high-level departmental meetings.

Identify and document action items and responsible individuals and work with them till final execution of the task.

Ability to multitask and prioritize activities.

Excellent time management skills
