who knows great locations when they see one, understands growth strategy, and is ready to help Melbrew expand store by store, city by city.

Your Daily Brew:

• Identify high-potential locations across Pakistan for new Melbrew Coffee stores.
• Scout, evaluate, and secure prime retail spaces in malls, high streets, commercial hubs, and emerging hotspots.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, property agents, and mall management teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies including footfall analysis, competitor mapping, demographics, and financial projections.
• Lead lease negotiations and coordinate with legal and finance teams to close deals smoothly.
