Business Finance Analyst

Role Definition : Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist responsible for driving business performance through deep-dive data modeling, variance tracking, and trend forecasting. You will act as a key decision-support partner, translating complex financial metrics into actionable insights—ranging from project-level ROI to entity-wide profitability—to optimize operational efficiency and investment outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
Postgraduate in Finance from a reputed institute
Experience
8-12 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel, Exposure to an ERP , BI tool as Power BI / Tableau/ any other similar Tool. Understands Automation and can drive System driven MIS built-up
Key Responsibilities :
Business Performance Analysis (w r t Product - Project – location – Entity Level & other key metrics)
Variance Analysis (Budget vs Actuals), cause & effect of variances
