Business Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Specialist to join our dynamic finance team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.
This role requires experience in managing ERP systems such as SAP and AS400, as well as familiarity with SQL and Power BI.
Activities
Support on RNF (GR/IR) clean up with plant, follow up action plans and deploy IT solutions to avoid financial risks.
Drive Excess and Obsolete inventory controlling improvements.
Drive financial margin visibility per product line.
Lead costing improvements for the plant (Core references, Fab Routings).
Support actions to improve internal controls and compliance in the plant.
DFL reporting transformation.
SAP preparation for MAPICS to SAP W4 migration in ****.
Freight cost controlling, analysis and support for the Rojo Gomez plant.
Direct labor productivity support and analysis.
