  • Strong business & functional analytical skills of at least 5 years

  • Sound knowledge of the UML modeling language

  • Knowledge of Business Process Modeling techniques (including Role Activity Diagrams) & BPMN

  • Ability to communicate with different levels: business, management, development, ICT operations

  • Knowledge of software engineering processes and techniques (change management, analysis, iterative developments, test cycles, deployments...)

  • Problem solver

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and good knowledge of English

  • Assertiveness

    • Profiel
  • documentation-communication tools (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
  • modeling tools (UML based CASE tools like Enterprise Architect)
  • change and configuration management tools
  • project reporting tools (timesheet reporting)
  • Able to do bottom-up research for problem diagnostics and / or ...
