Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition, and key business KPIs for a specific business line 
Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and prioritize high-impact initiatives 
Develop and execute quarterly growth plans aligned with company objectives 
Lead cross-functional execution by aligning specialist teams including Performance Marketing, Martech, Retail, and Creative 
Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing funnel performance and developing hypotheses for experiments 
Launch and scale major growth initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships 
Improve systems and workflows by leveraging AI, automation, and Agentic workflows to increase efficiency 
 Requirements  Experience in Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Operations
