Principal Responsibilities
Understanding of Sales Process and APP/CRM
Understand Organizational module and adapt respectively
Develop strategy for APP/CRM implementation and new technology initiatives to streamline sales process
Conduct trainings, address queries raised by users and offer resolutions
Coordinate with Tech team for defect resolution and new technical requirements
Prepare reports
Ensure optimum utilization of APP/CRM
Job Requirements
Good communication skills.
Command on English and Hindi
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
