Business Head

We are looking for a business head to own and scale operations across sourcing, manufacturing, and commercial execution for a fast growing consumer portfolio. This is a high-ownership role with a clear CBO path for someone who enjoys building, solving operational challenges, and driving business outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end business operations across sourcing, supply, and manufacturing.
Build and strengthen vendor and manufacturing partnerships.
Improve speed, quality, efficiency, and execution across the value chain.
Drive planning, inventory, and operating processes to support growth.
Partner with leadership on expansion, new initiatives, and business performance.
Build teams, operating rhythms, and scalable systems.
Leverage AI and automation to improve decision-making, reduce manual effort, and create more efficient operating workflows.
