Leading a few sales teams to achieve Commercial Banking department's target funding requirement and revenues and to maximize the returns by obtaining the lowest possible funding cost / deposit. Expand transactional services and depository product range to increase market share and revenues streams.
Summary
Achieve department's funding requirement and revenues
Achieve team performance for CASA Deposits & small business loans
Lead & coach team members in growing the SME, NPO and other non-consumer segment
Handle marketing, relationship management and business development among the existing client base including defending and deepening the relationships as well as cross selling
Ensure bank's compliance on both internal and external policies and regulation relating to depository products so as to avoid reputation and financial risk
