We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with experience to partner closely with business leaders in driving people strategy, talent initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. The incumbent will act as a strategic HR advisor to business stakeholders while ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and enhancing employee experience. The role requires strong stakeholder management, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and execution excellence. This is an Individual Contributor role.
