**Job Summary**

The Business HR Partner works under the supervision of more senior Business HR staff to proactively deliver Human Resources support in a wide variety of HR disciplines. Works in partnership with HR COEs to support the business and deliver solutions resulting in increased employee and organizational effectiveness.

**What you'll do:**

+ Works under the supervision of more senior Business HR staff to provide support to the business to address business problems. Ensures consulting is in alignment with BHR Manager of business unit.
+ Obtains and maintains an understanding of business unit partners and maintains a close accessible relationship with them.
