As a Business Implementation Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, working closely with your line manager to ensure a seamless transition to our operational teams. 

What you'll do: 

  • You’ll prepare and coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across real estate, private equity, debt, infrastructure, and corporate structures.
  • You’ll conduct AML/KYC analysis and lead the internal compliance approval process to ensure full regulatory adherence.
  • You’ll coordinate bank account openings, prepare service agreements, and manage the review of legal documentation required for structure setup.
  • You’ll actively manage client and stakeholder communication, attend weekly calls, and track progress throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
