- The Change Management team is responsible for the delivery of all client change activities on behalf of the Client Delivery team.
- Contributes to building a strong client service culture for all change events.
- Deepen relationships with all stakeholders and clients and proactively manage issues arising from requirements, deliverables and deadlines.
- Work independently and leverage off of internal BNPP colleagues for support and expertise to drive change requests to successful GO-LIVE through effective change management process
- Proactively promote the continuous improvement of Change Management documentation, procedures and systems.
