 We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Improvement Lead to join our team based in Milton Keynes.
 
In this role, you will collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to understand and evaluate critical workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements that align with our strategic goals.
Your role will involve  conducting thorough “as-is” assessments to identify inconsistencies and process pinch points, then designing and presenting improvement strategies to senior management for approval.
