The Business Improvement Manager is responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and overall business performance for the Cylinders business within WSS. Working cross-functionally, this role focuses on streamlining end-to-end workflows, implementing sustainable change, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across Asset Management.
