Business Information Management Analyst

Job Summary:
The Business Information Management Analyst supports Global Technology & Solutions within Human Resources, contributing to API domain initiatives and cross-functional technology projects. This role partners closely with developers and internal stakeholders to support API management, gateway technologies, and platform capabilities, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business and technical objectives. The analyst will participate in ideation sessions, logical deployment discussions, and ecosystem assessments while helping define current and future state capabilities across API platforms and developer portals. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on API design, deployment, and logical architecture decisions.

Support API domain initiatives including REST, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSocket, and event-driven architectures (EDA).
