The Business Insights Analyst (BIA) is a strategic, customer‑centric analytics partner within the Commercial Business Unit at Lundbeck Canada. The role exists to transform complex data into actionable insights that inform commercial strategy, optimize sales operations, and enhance customer engagement across psychiatry and neurology. The BIA supports sales, marketing, and leadership teams by combining advanced analytics, market understanding, and technology‑enabled solutions to drive sustainable brand performance and improved customer experience.
