  Roles and Responsibilities  
 Good understanding of credit policy and data analytics regarding retail lending business
 Candidate with expertise in data analysis and visualization of data
 Manage the development and maintenance of business intelligence reports and dashboards for the retail lending business
 Lead a team of analysts responsible for data analysis and MIS reporting
 Collaborate with stakeholders across the retail lending business to identify and prioritize data needs
 Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular monitoring and maintenance
 Identify opportunities to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes
 Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth and risk control
