Business Intelligence Analyst (AI-Assisted Reporting)

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with exceptional business acumen and analytical thinking who can leverage our proprietary AI-powered BI framework to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions. This role focuses on understanding business problems deeply, designing the right analytical approach, and translating complex data into actionable insights —not just dashboards with numbers and charts.

You will work as a sole contributor owning the full reporting lifecycle: from gathering requirements to delivering polished Power BI reports. While you won't write code, you'll steer our agentic framework to generate data models, DAX measures, wireframes, and visualizations—making your ability to think critically about business problems and guide AI tools essential.
