Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze complex data, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The role requires strong technical expertise, clear communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Location: Remote (Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, or Peru)

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Power BI.
Translate business requirements into data models, reports, and visualizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document data needs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to data governance standards.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates.
Test dashboards and reports and support defect resolution.
