This position requires a strong analytical skillset to understand, document, and improve business processes, coupled with the ability to leverage data and light programming skills to support data-driven decision-making and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will be proficient in gathering requirements, creating process flows, and using Salesforce, Python, and SQL to analyze data, build reports, and automate tasks.
