Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst/ Developer acts as a high-level Technical Consultant and a bridge between business needs and technical architecture. Partnering as a peer to Application and Data Leads, this role is responsible for the creation of scalable application logic and high-performance data environments and is responsible for identifying deep-dive needs through analysis and architecting the AI-integrated solutions that drive actual ROI.
Responsibilities:
Solution Engineering: Partner with the Application Lead to architect and deploy web-based modules using Advanced Programming Logic.
Diagnostic Analysis: Move from what happened to why it happened, performing root-cause analysis on complex system friction points.
Impact Assessment: Post-launch, evaluate tool adoption and ROI through user behavior data, recommending major iterative improvements.
