Job Description

Collaborate with clients and internal call center teams to build, customize, and analyze reports using diverse data sets. The goal is to evaluate marketing performance, quality metrics, customer behavior, and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• At least 5 years of BPO experience in a multi-site, multi-client, BPO environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in Report Analytics, SQL, and PowerBI.
• Ability to work independently and closely with the assigned campaigns.
• Flexible with extending shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably within a quantitative area (Operations, Accounting).
