Short Summary This Role :
The Commercial Sustainability team's main focus is on ensuring long-term commercial viability and ecosystem health. They focus on strategic planning to maintain a healthy marketplace or monetization ecosystem, often work on policy design, guardrails, and incentives that drive sustainable growth for creators, sellers, or partners, balances short-term revenue goals with long-term ecosystem health.
Job Responsibilities:
Support projects that focus on end-to-end seller growth and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics, including execution and troubleshooting
Support regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions
Monitor new initiatives in the market, with a focus on identifying key areas of improvement
Job Requirements:
At least Bachelor's Degree and above
