Team Leader Business Intelligence
1. Periodic report of Client KPI’s
2. Weekly / Monthly Reporting of Practice Financial Health
3. Ensure BI deliverables are timely accurately met.
4. Ensure Reporting SLAs are Met
5. Prepare Custom report based on requirement
6. Prepare Daily, Weekly Monthly KPI reports
7. Project Charges Payments based on trends.
Skill Set:
1. Advanced Knowledge in MS Excel
2. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
3. Good understanding of various functions of RCM Process
4. Good understanding of KPI metrics of different functions of RCM Process
5. Experience in creating AR Worklist, Denial Analytics, Productivity Dashboards, Month End Packages, Credit Balance Summaries is must.
6. Add on Desirable Skills : SQL, Power BI, VBA Macro.
