Role Summary

The Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst develops dashboards, MIS reports, and data-driven insights to help business, operations, and compliance teams monitor KPIs and make informed decisions. The role also supports marketing campaigns and service advisories by generating accurate customer databases to drive profitability and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop regular and ad hoc dashboards, reports, and MIS to track performance against goals.
• Analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
