Job Summary

The BI Report Designer is an embedded member of the Business Intelligence reporting team, supporting Power BI reporting across the Inspire Brands portfolio. The role focuses on the visual quality, usability, and consistency of reports, reviewing and refining reports created by BI Report Developers, establishing reusable templates and design components, and defining visual standards. Success is measured by reporting quality, consistency, and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review Power BI reports built by developers before release, providing clear feedback on layout, visual hierarchy, color usage, typography, interactivity, and user experience.
• Refine and rework reports as needed, updating them directly in Power BI Desktop to meet Inspire visual standards.
