Business Intelligence Support Analyst

The BI Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving Business Intelligence solutions across the organization. This role ensures data accuracy, report reliability, and timely resolution of BI-related issues while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize reporting and analytics processes.


Accountabilities:
+ Research sales questions and disputes around sales crediting.
+ Ensure the Oracle database is updated with precise information and maintain data accuracy.
+ Perform data extraction utilizing SQL, with a thorough understanding of data mapping and validation procedures.
+ Utilize Salesforce.com for daily tasks and effective case management.
+ Work closely with data engineers, developers, and business teams to gather requirements
+ Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
+ Document processes, issue resolutions, and system changes
