Job Title: Site Head – Commercial Real Estate

Location: Navi Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Head to lead end-to-end sales operations for our commercial real estate mandate in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong team handling skills, excellent closure abilities, and hands-on experience in commercial real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete site sales operations and revenue generation
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Ensure maximum conversion of walk-ins, leads, and site visits
Coordinate with sourcing managers, channel partners, and marketing teams
Handle customer negotiations and deal closures
Monitor daily sales activities, reports, and target achievement
Ensure smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking
Maintain site discipline, branding, and overall operations
Work closely with CRM, finance, and management teams for seamless execution
