Job Description

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the appropriate market and sales strategies for the business line, in line with divisional goals and guidelines.

This position has full P & L and Balance Sheet responsibility for the OBK Business Line

Conduct and maintain updated territory management plans. Apply the appropriate territory management practices to optimize market coverage, sales actions and product support.

Coach, support and guide our organization that work with OBK products, including direct supervision of those that predominantly work with the OBK Business Line.

Guide and support our service organization to further develop the aftermarket business for capital equipment. Work closely with the aftermarket team to maximize customer satisfaction.

Prudently monitor and manage the asset investments related to the OBK business
